1. Introduction and Acceptance

Accounts found to be duplicates or in violation of this policy will be closed, and any funds, winnings, or bonuses associated with such accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You agree to notify phl788 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

phl788 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All deposits are processed in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method selected. phl788 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

4. Use of the Service and Prohibited Conduct

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, and all funds and winnings forfeited. phl788 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Game Rules, Random Number Generators, and Fairness

5.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered on phl788 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by licensed dealers in professional studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the Player, or any third party.

5.2 Return to Player (RTP)

5.3 Game Malfunctions

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phl788 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your phl788 account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms and Service

phl788 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Account Closure and Termination

Upon termination for cause, phl788 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimately earned balance will be returned to the Player.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our customer support team, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing the phl788 Platform. PAGCOR's dispute resolution process is available to all Players of PAGCOR-licensed operators.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

All Players are subject to identity verification, and phl788 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines where required by law.

Players who engage in, attempt to engage in, or facilitate money laundering through the Platform will have their accounts immediately closed, funds frozen, and the matter referred to AMLC and other relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
